Our family has been producing olive oil and olive products with a back story lost in time.

For three generations, we commerced our products locally, and the last 5 years we started reaching towards our vision; sharing with the rest of the world, beyond our narrow borders, this low scale but unique quality product, the very special essence of our everyday life.

OUR LAND

Our grove is located in the Grand Amphissa olive grove, considered the largest continuous olive grove in Europe, part of the UNESCO protected Delphic terrace. Living in harmony with the nature surrounding us, we respect, nurture and love it and we receive the fruits of this love, sharing them with you through this unique product.

PYTHIO

Handpicked and cultivated with traditional methods we harvest our sustainably grown organic olive grove when the fruit is still unripe, receiving the most unique extract, at the peak of its antioxidant capabilities, great for our health, and the most superior taste. All production stages, from extraction to standardization and packaging takes place under constantly controlled hygienic conditions.

    •  Basic criteria of quality and purity of an olive oil, points any mixing with oils of unrecognized sources(e.g. non-extra virgin oils). For an extra virgin olive oil must be smaller than 0,01.
  • Index K232: 1,78
    •  Median of olive oil ingredients oxidation metered by exposure to 232nm wavelength light. Extra virgin olive oil must retain prices of 2,5 and lower.
  • Index K270: 0,09
    •  Percentage of decrease of tolerance in oxidation metered by exposure to 270nm wavelength light.
